Batch notifications to check twice a day instead of live
Most notifications lose nothing by waiting a few hours.
Why it works
Switching tasks to check a notification costs far more focus time than the check itself — refocusing after an interruption typically takes several minutes, not seconds. Turning off push delivery and checking in two scheduled batches removes almost all of that switching cost while still catching anything real within a few hours.
