Name the problem.
Name the fix.
Then let strangers test it.

Everyday fixes, categorised and put on record. A jugaad here earns its badge only after enough independent people report that it actually worked — and the ones that fail get their own wall.

The taxonomy

Ten domains.
Every fix has an address.

Domain, then category, then subcategory — so a fix has one permanent home, and can still be found five different ways.

Fill fuel early morning to get more litres

Fuel does expand with heat, but pump tanks are underground and barely change temperature through the day. The measured difference is a fraction of a percent.

The debunked wall

4 jugaads that everyone shares and nobody checked.

We keep failed fixes on record with what to do instead, because a directory that only lists what works can't tell you what to stop doing.

How verification works

A hack is a rumour
until the reports agree.

01 — Submit

Anonymous, no login, 60 seconds

Describe the fix, say what it cost you. If it already exists, yours becomes another report on it.

02 — Cluster

Reports pile up on their own

At five independent reports and 70% confirmed, a fix enters the directory as Tested.

03 — Ladder

Tested → Verified → Certified

Fall under 40% at 10+ reports and the fix moves to the debunked wall with a note on what to do instead.

04 — Flag

Safety overrides the score

Anything that can hurt someone carries a warning regardless of how well it scores.

Questions.

Both are feeds, optimised for what is new rather than what is true. Here a fix has a permanent address in a category tree, a proof score, and a record of how many people it failed for.
Reports are rate-limited per device and a burst of confirmations from one source only ever counts as one report. The ladder needs independent reports accumulating over time, which is slow to fake.
No. Submitting, reporting and voting are all anonymous — no feature on the site requires signing in.
Because they keep circulating. Better that a search finds the report saying a fix fails, with what to do instead, than a video telling you to do it.

You know one that isn't here.

Everyone does. Sixty seconds, no account, and it goes into the tree where the next person can find it.
